These terms apply to purchases made through the Showtime Pools online equipment store.

Products and compatibility

We sell pool equipment, accessories and replacement parts. Before ordering, review the exact model number, specifications, electrical requirements and compatibility with your existing system.

Contact us if you need help selecting a product. Product photographs may represent a model family; the product description and selected variant identify the item being purchased.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any other disclosed charges are presented before you complete your purchase.

Prices and availability may change. If we discover a pricing, listing or availability error affecting your order, we will contact you before fulfillment. We will not increase the amount charged without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items and associated charges.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping, freight delivery, local delivery and pickup are subject to the options available for your product and location. Please review our Shipping Policy before ordering.

Installation and services

Equipment purchases do not include installation, electrical work, plumbing, permits or other services unless expressly included in your order or a separate written quotation.

Equipment must be installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable requirements.

Returns and warranties

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Any manufacturer warranty is subject to that manufacturer’s terms and eligibility requirements. Contact us for the warranty information applicable to your exact product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights provided by applicable law.
